Zaid Ibrahim will form a new party

Oh, seem our next general election will be more interesting. Zaid Ibrahim will form a new party, according to The Star.

Datuk Zaid Ibrahim says he has submitted his resignation letter to PKR and plans to form a new party to contest in the next general election. His resignation from PKR is effective Dec 16, he told reporters at a press conference in his home here Friday.

The former Federal Territories PKF chairman said his new party would be issues-based.

"I will prepare myself for the next general election. If I have resources and support from the people, I may form a new party.
